About the Program

The Old Glory Community Living Center (CLC)

The Old Glory CLC is a long-term care unit for veterans who meet eligibility conditions. 

Eligibility is based on service connection/employability for long-term care and respite care.  The ECU is located on the first floor of the main building, in the east end.
