At Cheyenne VAMC, we have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. You will be assigned to one of the primary care teams, Blue, Green or Grey. The Blue Team is located in the Ambulatory Care Unit, through the Emergency Room area.  The Green Team is also located in the Ambulatory Care Unit, near the main entrance to the Clinical Addition.  Grey Team patients are members of the Evening Primary Care team, also located in the Emergency Room area, after 4:00 p.m.

Changing Your Appointment

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner, as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call your assigned team numbers to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment.
