IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE GREELEY CLINIC:
The Greeley VA CBOC has moved to the news location. All normally scheduled appointments have resumed on Monday April 7, 2008. The address of the new site is:

Driving Directions
From Highway 34, turn north onto 71st Avenue. Continue north until intersecting with West 20th Street.
Turn east onto West 20th Street and make the first right into the "Summit View Medical Commons" building complex.
From downtown Greeley, head west on West 20th Street. Immediately before going through the intersection of West 20th Street and 71st Avenue, turn left onto 70th Avenue. There is a large sign for the "Summit View Medcial Commons" building complex where this left turn needs to be made.
